Another Bird Watching Trip

Mark and Wink went bird watching on May 18 at the Ipswich River Wildlife Sanctuary. We are truly novices at this. I frequently failed to get pictures of the birds others could see but would spook before I could get the camera on them. Wink saw and learned the song of the Baltimore oriole but I missed the photo. We need to get the Audubon phone app that includes the bird calls so we can identify what we are looking for. There was sufficient cover we often could only hear the birds but not see them. In spite of myself, we saw some birds and I got a few pictures.

It was a very pleasant day. We stopped at Woodman’s for a late lunch on the way home.
